Buried within the 2,000 page health care reform legislation, the U.S. Congress allocated funds to hire a cheap song writer
to create a song to improve their image.
The instructions for the song writer were to make up lyrics relating to what congress did best.
Predictably, the song writer stole the theme from an existing song, and created lyrics that were on target, if brief.
